"We stayed at the Royal Palace Hotel mid to end of october and enjoyed every bit of it. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful. Jimmi and Jennie demonstrated top notch hospitality. They helped us arrange everything we asked for. My friend and I took a 2 day unforgettable tour at Ha Long Bay which Jimmi arranged. After we came back from the tour, our room was upgraded to a bigger one with balcony. If you are looking for a hotel with 5 star service, this is the place. Highly recommended."

"We stayed at Hotel Lion at the end of a 3 week tour of Vietnam. After staying in half a dozen other hotels, this one was by far the best. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The actual hotel was just renovated. And the area was absolutely perfect. Just a block from train street and so many fantastic food places. The breakfast was pretty good, but the beef pho was our favorite! All around great price for everything you get. If we ever come back to Hanoi, we are staying here again!"
