"Had a great stay at Cosy Inn in the heart of Old Town of Hanoi. Everything is within walking distance. Originally booked a “superior double” which we found to be very small but we were able to upgrade to a “deluxe double” for small price difference. If you have the choice, book the larger room! Nice breakfast with hot and cold options provided. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. You won’t be sorry booking here. "

I had a disagreement with a cab driver and Mike solved it quickly and scolded the driver for try to take advantage of me. I was so grateful. "the property has 6 floors but no elevator or lift. That makes ít didficult for senior or people who has knee problem to go up or down if they on the top floors. The propert also is located in a small alley wide enough for one motorcylcle to pass. But the service was good. They did their best to make you feel comfortable"

"The room looks great and comfortable bed. Staff are kind. I would recommend when cleaning the rooms to check if anything was empty to fill them. Our hand soap container empty when we checked in but once we told the cleaners they did it away. We had 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. Older hotel but in the heart of Old Town Hanoi and close to everything."

"The service and staff were exceptional. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter so we were in the midst of it all. The hotel amenities, sky bar and buffet breakfast were all outstanding. Will definitely be back."

"I loved this property. It was everything I thought it would be. And it was super convenient tonwalk everywhere through Old Quarter. The staff were helpful to give advice on places to go and tours. They give you a things to know guide when you arrive so you keep safe and enjoy your trip. Breakfast is a-la-carte and limited seating so you may have to wait, but it was good food, good service and roof top views. I would definitely stay here again!!"

So helpful; even when my son had lost his contact case one is the girls in the front desk asked someone from her family about o bring an extra contact case she had. Now that is going to way above and beyond, the entire staff is as similar. We were just blown away by the service we received l. I give this place 10 stars "
