"A very convenient hotel in the Cau Giay area and not far if your Hanoi destinations in Old Quarter or West Lake. The staff (especially Nguyen Thi Linh) were excellent and their English made my stay my stay smooth. Very helpful with transportation assistance as well. "It was ok, and a vast improvement over our last stay in Hanoi, as it was far from the touristy and scam-filled Old Quarter.
