"Royal Palace located in the Old Quarter. It's a new hotel, clean and pleasant. The rooms are big , modern, clean ,with all the facilities you need and the buffet breakfast is fresh and tasty. The day manager, Jimmi is professional ,helpful, patient and caring. He assisted us a lot during our stay without pushing anything and provided us with very good advices and options. We felt at hoom and our stay there was wonderful. "

"Overall great experience for the convenience of its location. It's a short stroll away from Hoan Kiem lake which is in the Old Quarter which offers a variety of local food and shopping options. One issue is the entrance of the property whereby you'll need to have your luggage carried up a short staircase to reach the front door. Without the help of staff, it'd be difficult to carry your luggage up if you don't travel light. The room i stayed was a tard small but had been warned by the receiption...

"A good hotel in the middle of the old city. We had a very small room, which was my fault as I should have checked before booking. This was a challenge with several bags each on a 3 month travel programme! Staff very friendly."

"Great front desk and restaurant / bar staff. The breakfast has plenty of great options, including an homemade yogurt. Location is perfect, walking distance to the French quartier, old town and Train street, to name just a few spots. "

"We were three sisters and a daughter and booked to stay at this hotel on our return from Halong Bay prior to flying home. We wanted to stay somewhere in the old Quarter. So thrilled we Chose this boutique hotel. We felt we were welcomed into a family. The welcome we got at reception was excellent. Thankyou Anna. The paper with vietnamese translations. And also what the different foods were was so helpful. Thankyou Anna for all your advice and help with restaurant bookings even sending one of your staff to the pharmacy to translate for us. Above & beyond. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. Reminded me of hotels I've stayed in in Paris. Breakfast was great with plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those preferring a smaller more personalised place. Would stay here again."
