The location was very convenient. We could walk to many major tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. Excellent stay due to attentive staff, pristine facilities, great food and service and of course some of the most romantic views over historical Hanoi from a rooftop bar and infinity pool. Great hotel overall with great location. The only thing that would be nice is if the restaurant (for breakfast) was located in an arra other than the basement. It’s well decorated but still… but the service was impeccable they even invited us on the ride back to the airport for free simply because of the ‘inconvenience’ of breakfast being in the basement. Amazing customer service!

We stayed here as a family of five. We all really enjoyed our stay. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to be accomodating. The breakfast is great, with lots of options to choose from, including vegetarian. It’s very nice when staying in the heart of Hanoi to have a roof top pool and a gym, we really enjoyed these facilities. We had connecting rooms and they were very comfortable. The hotel was accommodating with a late check out and we were still able to enjoy the facilities until our departure to the airport, which was very appreciated!
