Regular elevator maintanane performed during evening hours. No elevator and getting to the 8th floor is hard for anypersob over 60years old."

"Staff argued my booking, saying they had no record of me coming. Dirty room, no hot water, provided toiletries were leftovers from other guests. air con didn't work. Mini bar was an unplugged empty fridge, but it did work so I could keep things cool overnight. I didn't see any staff after checking in (They didn't ask for ID), so when checking out, I left my keys at the reception after my one night stay. Plus sides, 20 mins walk to the airport and Wi-Fi was good. "

"Had an extremely early morning flight so I rented a room as a place to hangout, maybe freshen up before the flight. Property advertised 2 bars, one only sold a couple of items out of a vending machine, the second was closed most of the day, then when it did open, it charged for admission. Staff was openly hostile, I feel that it was because of my race. I was repeatedly asked to prove that I was staying there, and literally dozens of Asians walked through and not one was questioned.
