Two thumbs up (times a hundred) for the front desk team! They were so friendly and helped me with everything—from finding an awesome English speaking guide, luxury transportation with a great standby driver and even helped me find my passport I lost at the airport! Disappointing stay really. Unfortunately, the check in experience set the tone for the stay at this hotel. Because I didn’t want to upgrade to have breakfast at the hotel, the staff just seemed to look down her nose at me. Location of the hotel is not great ... room facilities not great either ... overall, very disappointed by my experience and will certainly not be staying here again
