Booked for 2 rooms for our family, the hotel is so convenient as it’s very close to the beach less than 5 mins walk and around the hotel there’s so many restaurants and shops, it’s also closed to the night area and bar area. Hotel rooms are clean and staff are so nice especially the lady who check us in Mercy and Harry. We will be back soon!

The staff could not have been more helpful, I had left my phone on the back seat of the the taxi and after 20 minutes of phone calls from the hotel, the taxi had returned with my phone.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. We felt like we had gotten catfished. The hotel was old, the rooms were terrible, we asked to upgrade to a better room and even that was not clean and very outdated. The AC didn’t work, I had to call and they were controlling it from their end, by the morning they turned it off again and the room got hot quick. I would give this place zero stars if I could

We stayed at Golden Lotus Luxury Da Nang for 6 nights and had a great stay. The hotel is a very easy walk to the beach and esplanade, and you can easily catch a Grab car or bike to anywhere you want to go - such as Monkey Mountain & the Lady Buddha and the Marble Mountains, with its amazing caves and temples. There are endless restaurants within walking distance or a quick ride. Above all, though, the staff were fantastic when we had any needs, and especially Bobby - who went above and beyond to be helpful and to come to our assistance when we had an issue communicating with a local restaurant. Thanks Golden Lotus Luxury for a really great experience. Highly recommended.

The swimming pool area is very nice. We spent a lot of time at the pool at different times of the day. There are lots of places to sit, and the pool is a good size for the area. There are many places to eat, spas, and marts in the area. It is also just a short walk to the beach.

This 4* hotel room was clean and the staff were consistently friendly. However, the balcony was surprisingly narrow and small. While the bed was quite comfortable, the pillows could be improved. I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant, with the chicken cashew nuts dish being a highlight. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to learn that the free cooking class, which I was told at check-in, was cancelled one day before, without explanation. Additionally, the complimentary afternoon tea was a letdown, with hard-to-bite spring rolls. One further note: the hotel's location opposite a bar meant that loud music played until 2-3 am, which may be a consideration for light sleepers or those seeking a quieter environment.

I recently stayed at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel in Danang, and it was an outstanding experience! The room was clean, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, close to major attractions yet peaceful for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an amazing stay.

Proximity to the beach is great. Staff is attentive and friendly. Buffet breakfast has many options. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff organized rose petals and swan towels for our room as it was our honeymoon. Grand Lotus Luxury helped us have a wonderful stay in Da Nang.
