"This hotel is a great value and perfect location in Hanoi! The staff was incredible and always aiming to please. Rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious.It's a fairly new hotel in a great location....we could walk everywhere. The beds were a little bit hard for my liking but it didn't stop me from having a great night's sleep.
