"Good front of house staff, clean and in an interesting area with some excellent restaurants. Large rooms, by Hanoi standards, coupled with real windows. The suite didn't have great views, but the room had a lake view. Breakfast fine, roof top bar lovely, pool quiet and refreshing when we used it."

"We had a pleasant stay here. The staffs were friendly and helpful. It's in walking distance to West Lake on one side and Dong Xuan market on the other side. The hotel is dated, but the rooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the Old Quarter. Two negatives would be the very limited breakfast selections and the hot water was scolding hot. There's a potential for children to get burn by the hot water if you are not careful. "

"And it's tiem biet (good bye) to our Ficus Suites Apartment that we stayed for the past 7 nights. It comes with a living room, dining room, kitchenette, and 2 bedrooms. "The hotel is in a central location, our room was clean & well equipped with a aircon. We stayed at this hotel for several nights, mainly due to the fantastic service of Jimmi. He helped us organise tours & transport & even came with us to a pharmacy down the road to translate when we were having trouble."

"The location was very convenient. We could walk to many major tourist attractions. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great. "We enjoyed our stay here. Its within walking distances of pretty much everything. The street is pretty quiet. The staff were beyond excellent. They greeted you when you entered and exited and offered their assistance for any needs whatsoever. Each of them always had a smile as well, which made each day so much better. We'll stay here again if we come back to Hanoi."

"The picture on Expedia.com is exactly what you get. Super friendly staff, from the bell boy to the receptionist. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No complains from me and our family of 14 including kids. The staff are so cheerful, helpful, and full of enthusiasm that makes this hotel stands out from the other hotels I had been. Breakfast menu is good with a good choice of buffet and ala carte. Need to specially mention the 2 receptionist that were there during our 4 days 3 nights stay, Ms.Anna and another one (sorry forgot your name), they really made our day with their lovely smiles and greetings ! Overall in terms of hospitality, it is the best hotels I had been to (trust me)..It maybe a 4 star hotel, but with a 5 star hospitality service."
