Jimmi was extremely helpful with all the excursions and very very kind. Very clean rooms and comfy bed. Perfect location, quiet street 5 mins away from the center. "Great location, in the middle of old town with easy access to everything! But this comes with a price as it becomes very noisy from the lively area around the hotel . My room had street view on the front and I would prefer the less attractive at the back The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and I just can’t thank them enough for making my holiday The buffet breakfast was more than enough with plenty of varieties and fried eggs as requested "

"staff very welcoming and could not do enough to please us from the time we arrived. Location is good in the old quarter, lots of action around the hotel. Breakfast and Dining options were good, the bar on the roof top is precious, Couples massage at spa was an added bonus feature! Special shout out to Ny An and Hien Bui for their excellent customer service"

"This is my favorite hotel out of 6 hotels I stayed in VN during this VN trip. Quiet, super clean, excellent junior suite design. lovely and cozy hotel. Great breakfast, friendly staffs. I will definitely stay at this hotel if i ever visit Hanoi again."
