"Our stay at the Peridot was incredible! The property is right in the center of the Historic Old Town of Hanoi. Everything is easily walkable around. The property and the staff were so lovely and welcoming. Tra from the Spa made our trip extra special with the loveliest of conversation and hospitality! Can’t recommend the Peridot more"

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. For this small hotel the breakfast is very good. The room we stayed was very clean and had no bad smell. The water pressure of the shower is strong and no clogging in the bathroom. All the staff are very friendly especially Jennie and Mia. Before we come to Hanoi Jennie already arranged our 2Days/1Night tour to Halong Bay and just pay everything after we check-in at Lotus Boutique. She send us the price and itinerary of our Halong Bay tour before our trip...

"Great choice for staying in the Old Quarter. Lovely hotel, super attentive staff, well appointed rooms, like the little balconies over the street and, despite being in the middle of the Old Quarter, it wasn't noisy. Nice breakfast and even room service if you like, also they kept our luggage when we left Hanoi and returned a few days later. "

"Hotel was a solid choice, although we stayed in better options in Hanoi. Good location for the Old Quarter and French Quarter. Hotel was a little dated and wouldn’t describe it as 5-star relative to other options nearby. Breakfast that was included was lovely. "

"The property is at the heart of old quarter of Hanoi city which was the best thing, plenty of shopping and eating places nearby. However, the room was a but small and the lights were very dim in the room which was problematic. The staff were friendly and the checkin was smooth. Overall a nice stay at a good location."

"Wonderful experience. The staff go above and beyond. Rooftop bar was lovely, spa was relaxing, and bedroom was small but just what we needed. Only thing was the walls were thin and we could hear hallway noise. But outside of that, perfect! I would definitely stay again or recommend "

"All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. The restaurant staff’s service was excellent and it has nice view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter and next to Cathedral. Perfect hotel and service. Will come back again. "

"Beautiful property with many dining options and a beautiful roof-top bar. It is a little far from Hanoi Old Quarter, so grab is the way to go. Prices are pretty expensive compare to local prices, so be prepared to pay U.S. prices, but otherwise, amazing hotel."

"We stayed here for five nights and are very grateful for Grace's assistance and professionalism. Staff were helpful and approachable even with the language barrier - their English wasgreat. The breakfast was a superb way to start the day. Can definitely recommend."
