"This property had comfortable rooms and it was conveniently located as a Tokyo base for any tourist. Roppongi area seems to have a busy night life yet the hotel has procedures to keep all guests safe. Also, the staff tries to communicate in English if they know you are struggling with Japanese language. "Stayed on level 3 and the hallway smelled of cigarettes. The room itself was clean and quiet, but the air-conditioning unit really needs a clean and the air filter blew smoke-smelled air when turned on. It's not an ideal stay for non-smokers. The location is very close to public transport though. "
