"Well maintained property, excellent staff, and right across the street from Shinagawa Station. Many types of restaurants on property or nearby walking distances and several sporting facilities such as bowling, golf and tennis available."

"Breakfast was pricy, but definitely recommend trying at least once the Slope Cafe. Be wary it is a short walk from the train station, but there is an incline that could be difficult to the elderly. Staff was very nice and helped us celebrate our anniversaries!"

"Amazing staff, pool was amazing. We had the Mizu suite for 2 adults + 2 kids. It was a little small - living area is not physically separate from the bedroom, and the pull-out couch is a double (not a queen). Breakfast was superb, plus all the lounge amenities. Kids were treated well. Would definitely stay here again (but would try and get a bigger room for 4). Thank you!"

"The hotel was very clean. The rooms large and the bathroom was great with a separate bath and shower. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and attentive. They spoke perfect English and were always helpful. The location to 2 different stations (Hamamatsucho and Takeshiba) made travel easy. If you don’t eat at the hotel then restaurant options are limited nearby. The breakfast was good, but not top notch. The bay view was a very nice plus. The windows have a nice sitting area."
