"This was a great hotel to stay at as an introduction to Tokyo! It took about 1.5 hours to get there from Narita airport. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which we were grateful for while fighting jetlag. In addition, the blackout curtains really helped with morning sunlight. The included breakfast is very popular and has something for everyone. We also appreciated the deodorant spray in the room, and the robes and slippers. "The hotel complex is large and very nice. We stayed in the main tower. Our room was clean and quiet and had a wonderful view of the city. The hotel is right next to Shinigawa station and was easy to get around the city from. The complex had a lot of shops and restaurants and a 7/11 which was very useful. Would highly recommend!"

"Staff was awesome! And the rooms were very very clean. We accidentally booked smoking rooms without knowing and the lady at the reception did everything possible to change us to a non-smoking room for the entire stay. The hotel was so well placed. Literally 2 minutes from the Asakusa-Mitsune station which gave us access to all the main areas of Tokyo with little to no transfers. "
