"This is a big hotel next to a park and close to Tokyo tower. You do get a nice big room with a desk, possibly a decent view. There are shuttles to the closest JR station which is a little over 1km away so that is not the most convenient. Aside from the restaurants on the property, dining is a little distant but you can get much more reasonably priced breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien an 8 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is a little dated and could use some refreshing/minor renovations. Overall,...

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "

"Rooms are very small. If you have large luggage, makes it difficult to maneuver around the room. Restaurant closes early. No late food options. Staff abd service is exceptional. "

"Awesome location the building was well maintained and my bedroom with a balcony was amazing for budget traveler. I enjoyed my stay and plan on using this hotel when I stay in the akasaka area. "
