"This is a big hotel next to a park and close to Tokyo tower. You do get a nice big room with a desk, possibly a decent view. There are shuttles to the closest JR station which is a little over 1km away so that is not the most convenient. Aside from the restaurants on the property, dining is a little distant but you can get much more reasonably priced breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien an 8 minutes walk away. "I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "
