We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. "Front desk staff were very accommodating thru my inability to converse in Japanese. Room and bath were very clean, deep bathtub was a bonus. No closet 2 wall pegs and four hangers provided. Very convenient to get around Tokyo, train station within walking distance. Very quiet outside, being a couple blocks away from the late night bar and restaurant scene. Sorry, I did not partake in the breakfast package. Would definitely stay there again!"
