There are shuttles to the closest JR station which is a little over 1km away so that is not the most convenient. Aside from the restaurants on the property, dining is a little distant but you can get much more reasonably priced breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien an 8 minutes walk away. "Incredibly attentive and kind staff. Went out of their way to help me often. Extremely affordable. Accidentally booked a smoking room. Previous tenants have burned the walls and stained the fixtures with cigarettes. Hall itself smells as well. On no smoking floors it was cleaner and smelled nice. I only ever saw the same cleaning woman on my floor. She was amazing and efficient. The rooms need deeper cleaning, especially on smoking floors. The hotel should consider giving their staff more...
