"Loved my stay here! The hotel was very nice had many restaurants in the building there are a total of three hotels on the compound the grand prince hotel, shin grand prince hotel, and Sakura hotel I believe. You have access to all the restaurants in the three buildings. The garden was AMAZING the koi fish in the pond and the flowing stream water was a nice touch. I would highly recommend this hotel. I guess the room I got gave me access to the lounge where there was complimentary breakfast, separated from the other breakfast hall, you don’t get access to both though. If you have one of the more expensive rooms you only get access to the lounge breakfast there are also beverages available free of charge. Feels exactly like an airport lounge. "

"Some areas in the washroom could be better cleaned. Definitely feel a bit dated in guest rooms for a 5 star hotel. Common areas are awesome and service is top notch. "
