"I stayed here during my vacation in Tokyo and had a great experience. The staff were professional and welcoming. The location was very convenient close to Shinagawa Station and not far from Haneda Airport which made getting around easy. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent amenities. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the Japanese newspaper delivered every morning. It was a perfect place to relax during my trip. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo. The only thing I wished for was more casual restaurant options within the hotel."

"The property is unbelievable. The location is beautiful and right across the street from the Tokyo Tower. This is a luxury hotel and the staff is more than 5 stars! The suite we had was extremely spacious and well appointed. Many amenities and anything you need is in the room. The property has more than 5 restaurants, wedding salon, spa, health club, poll with saunas, convenience store, many shops and a delightful lounge overlooking the Tokyo Tower and waterfalls for afternoon tea or lunch. This hotel is located in a park and has several shrines on site to walk through. The area is Ginza and easy to take car service, uber, taxi anywhere you want to go. Everything is nearby. I would highly recommend this extraordinary hotel and will definitely be staying here on my return to Tokyo. "

"The hotel was very clean. The rooms large and the bathroom was great with a separate bath and shower. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and attentive. They spoke perfect English and were always helpful. The location to 2 different stations (Hamamatsucho and Takeshiba) made travel easy. If you don’t eat at the hotel then restaurant options are limited nearby. The breakfast was good, but not top notch. The bay view was a very nice plus. The windows have a nice sitting area."
