"Great hotel, with wonderful staff. The hotel has everything you could possibly need to the point where you don’t need to venture outside. Only downside was the location wasn’t as walkable as other hotels and meant we relied on public transport to get to other parts of the city. Large selection of food and clean rooms. Staff also incredibly multilingual which was very helpful! "

"Shiba Park Hotel was a wonderful place. The lobby is a scenic library filled with books and an indoor fountain. It felt so calm and peaceful. The staff were all polite and friendly, very professional, with a good degree of English. Our room was spacious and well maintained too with a bathtub and large TV. Great all around. It is right beside Tokyo Tower and has nearby train stations to get anywhere in the city quickly. We'd definitely stay there again."

"This is a big hotel next to a park and close to Tokyo tower. You do get a nice big room with a desk, possibly a decent view. There are shuttles to the closest JR station which is a little over 1km away so that is not the most convenient. Aside from the restaurants on the property, dining is a little distant but you can get much more reasonably priced breakfast at Le Pain Quotidien an 8 minutes walk away. The hotel itself is a little dated and could use some refreshing/minor renovations. Overall,...

"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "

"Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. Thanks team!"
