"This hotel was convenient as it is directly across from the Shinagawa Train Station which also has the Shinkansen (bullet train), as well as the JR Tokyo Loop Line (Yamanote Line) for easy access within Tokyo and beyond. The hotel property is huge and has a 7 Eleven right on the property. The room we booked was on the large size for a Tokyo hotel room, and we were very comfortable. They also have bowling on property as well as a food court, self-serve laundry, restaurants and other conveniences. We will definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 3 nights in the Japanese Junior Suite and it was a great size for 2 people. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable with a stunning view of the tower. The only thing I would say is the bed was very low and firm but maybe it was because we were in the Japanese style suite. My friend stayed in a regular room and her bed was very comfortable. As a whole, the hotel is very modern and clean with friendly staff :) They took care of our luggage transport to Kyoto which was really nice. We would definitely stay again! "

"You cannot beat the view from this hotel. Compared with other places I've stayed in Japan, this had the best view, a feeling of space and relaxation, and with the fountain below, the white noise took care of any residual city sound. This place was convenient to the Tower, and also to public transportation. There was always a taxi if we needed one. We stayed in a Deluxe tower view, and the room was perfect and spacious, the service was exquisite, and the experience was seamless. We will be back!"

"Really enjoyed having artwork exhibited throughout the property, which was a very unique feature. Great views of Mt. Fuji and Tokyo tower from the lobby and our room. Staff was excellent upon arrival, assisting with our departure and also quickly retrieving some items we'd left in our room after checking out. The twin room we stayed in was a bit tight for two people. "

"This is my favorite hotel in Japan. Whenever I'm in Tokyo, I make sure I can reserve a room here. It exudes so much atmosphere celebrating the country, especially the serene Main Bar Asama. There is a fully stocked 7/11 on the premises and buffet restaurant, in addition to other restaurants, that, while pricey, and absolutely delicious and well-attended."
