"Very nice location, neat room, and friendly staff!"

"We stayed at Mimaru Tokyo Station East for 5 nights. We are a family of 5- with two teenagers and a 10 year old. The room had two showers a bath and two toilets, a small kitchen and seating area. There were two bedrooms -one containing two single beds and a bunk and the other with two singles. While the area is not the most exciting part of tokyo we chose it because it allowed us to easily travel to disney and the other activities we had planned. We were happy with the location and found it...

"The room was a good size for our family of 4 and we liked that the toilet, shower and sink were in separate spaces. Had a small kitchenette which was helpful. Staff was friendly and location was good. The only complaint was the washer/dryer combo didn’t work. Spent a lot of time waiting for the clothes not to dry…would not recommend using their laundry. "

"Second time stay at in that hotel. It is very nice that they allow me to have early check in since I have a long flight from U.S. .I arrived at the hotel around 8am and was able to check in right away."

"Close to train station to go out and about. Shower water pressure is perfect. Very thoughtful design in every little detail and space. Washer-dryer combined meaning we can start cycle and come back later in the day with dry clean cloths. It is so quiet we can also kick off a cycle at night and wake up with clean clothes. Will definitely recommend!! "

"Great value for your money. Near many stores and restaurants. Downside is it will still be a minimum 11 minutes walk to the train station. Also cleaning only available if you stay 7 days or longer. I love the place is so safe. We often go out around 2AM to go to the 24 hour stores nearby and no issues walking around the neighborhood. "

"Close to Disneyland with free shuttle. it was a very cozy room. very recommendable, front desk staff were accommodating and even lend us umbrella for it was raining"

"This relatively large apartment style hotel was perfect for our short stay in Tokyo. It is close to several metro stations and a large department store, and there were many restaurants nearby. The in room laundry was nice to have, and the friendly people at the desk were happy to give me extra soap for the machine. After staying in two tiny tiny hotel rooms in Narita and Osaka, staying in this large space was a real treat!"

"The pokemon theme room quite impressive although the snorlax pushy looks a bit dirty. The whole room is with pokemon design except the toilet. Around 10mins walk from station, no shelter. "
