Clean room. The king studio suite was nice and spacious with a great layout. The sliding bathroom door was the only slight annoyance but not a big deal. About a 15 minute walk to Disneyland.

First and foremost, the staff was amazing. They left a forever impression on my wife and I. We visited from Houston, TX for our first ever Steelers game and they felt like family. To name them…Cherita, Nick, Laura, Heather, and Don. Most friendly staff ever.

Excellent stay. Clean room, good dinner, drinks and breakfast. Love the convenience of being able to access the river walk from the hotel. It’s always decorated beautifully for Christmas. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel and we always have a wonderful stay.

We had a great stay at the Hyatt Place. Our room was clean, the view from the balcony had partial ocean views, and was spacious enough to store our luggage. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of rotating items, and the coffee was always piping hot! My only wish is that there was more hanging ...

Excellent customer service. We stayed in a suite and it was very spacious and clean. The amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious! Love staying at any of the Embassy suites.
