We had a great stay. Large, quiet rooms. The weather was great so we walked everywhere. Might not be an option if you have young children. They put out a great spread of food and drinks for breakfast and Happy Hour daily. You do have to pay park which I believe is standard downtown but we did a couple airport runs over our 3 day stay and the valet service was very quick and reliable.

Very clean, friendly and attentive staff....If there was one negative, I was told upon check in, that your parking lot was full...and was told i needed to park and carry luggage blocks away at 11pm...and had to incur those parking fees...and no offer of reimbursement...

It’s challenging to get to. The building is pretty inside, but the staff were unfriendly not approachable. Beverages at the lounge were extremely overpriced and the building and the hotel are not user-friendly overall. Very disappointed.

A ridiculously great value for the price. Also the best complimentary breakfast I’ve ever had. I might come back to Pittsburgh just to stay here again.

everyone was super friendly, amenities are great. pool and hot tub were great!
