"Small but clean and cozy room. Just enough space to spread out my luggage. Train can be heard from the outside, which didn't affect me much but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs. Convenient location as I needed to go to Tokyo Big Sight for an event, and airport is also easy to access. Restaurant on 2/F opens until 11pm, which was perfect for me as the event lasted until evening. Family Mart located at ground floor, which was very convenient too. Would love to be back if I need to go to...

"This was a great place to stay for our first time in Japan - the location was really close to the metro, the staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was really good value. The amenities in the lobby area were really helpful - it was so convenient to be able to grab some free bath salts, tea or cleanser. The room was small, as expected, but perfectly fine even for our 11-nignt stay. I would certainly stay here again."
