"The location is very convenient. The room is small but comfortable and equipped with everything need. The bed is comfortable too. So no complaint about that. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is very generous for amenities as well. They don't provide cleaning the room during the stay and guests have to discard garbage ourselves. So being that, the price is a bit high in my opinion. They don't provide breakfast too but finding things to eat is very easy."

"This was a good spot for exploring the Ueno area and nearby Asakusa. Conveniently located a straight shot from the Ueno Station’s Iriya exit (and not the Iriya Panda exit that Google Maps kept suggesting). Helpful staff, nice toiletries, good water pressure even on the upper floors. Several convenience stores and a grocery nearby. Coin-operated laundromat right next door. Plenty of umbrellas available to borrow for when it rains. The only thing I felt was missing were some hangers so I could...

"Convenient location. Our room is already small but if the facilities can postion better, we should have more space. For example the TV is big for this small room, and it's better fixed on the wall instead of using a stand."

Available washing machine. a little bit small size room but it was okay with my two daughters. enough amenities provided. Everything was perfect. I want to stay again when I come to Tokyo next time."
