"Super convenient location since the subway runs in the same building. Concierge was a little less helpful than I’m used to. Rooms were also smaller than expected but I’ve heard that’s just a Tokyo thing. Great view and the restaurant / breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed staying in this area too since it’s a bit more quiet than what you normally get in Tokyo. "

"Overall this was a wonderful stay- the rooms are well appointed and luxurious and the spa was a highlight. I found the staff here less friendly than the staff at the Ritz Carlton Tokyo which to me sets the bar for hospitality in Tokyo. The location is convenient but not beautiful."
