"Great property. A noticeable sewage smell in the lobby; though that’s not necessarily the responsibility of the property itself. Awesome location with attentive, caring staff; daily breakfast was amazing and on-site dining in general, was a cut above. Would stay again and would also like to try the Park Hyatt, once it reopens. "Great hotel, with wonderful staff. The hotel has everything you could possibly need to the point where you don’t need to venture outside. Only downside was the location wasn’t as walkable as other hotels and meant we relied on public transport to get to other parts of the city. Large selection of food and clean rooms. Staff also incredibly multilingual which was very helpful! "

"Super convenient location since the subway runs in the same building. Concierge was a little less helpful than I’m used to. Rooms were also smaller than expected but I’ve heard that’s just a Tokyo thing. Great view and the restaurant / breakfast was excellent! I really enjoyed staying in this area too since it’s a bit more quiet than what you normally get in Tokyo. "
