"Nice hotel for the price in Hanoi. Hotel staff was very helpful and attentive and tried their best to accommodate any requests we had. Even though there was a weird smell when we first entered the room, the smell was gone after we opened the windows. I think it was just the cleaning equipment and chemicals used to clean and disinfect the room. We had a wonderful 2 nights rests at the hotel after our long day exploring Hanoi."
