The interior design is magnificent, the dining area in level 12 is well down designed and the food was up to standard. The rooftop bar is beautiful I'd only suggest to allocate more lighting (like fairy lights) to make it more bright and cute, and then music to be expand to the other areas of the rooftop, not only in the bar. The bartenders, the front desk and dinigng team were fabulous. I will definitely stay back here in my next trip to Hanoi

Hanoi is already a very cost-effective city for the foreign traveller, so there are a lot of quite good hotels at very reasonable prices, but this hotel is my favourite, so far. Without quite stretching to a decadent colonial-era five-star, Kecho Legacy comes close in its quite way. It's off any of the main streets in a quaint alley surrounded by delicious street-food aromas. The interior is the most impressive, and feels like museum or gallery of beautiful objects and artworks of Vietnam. The decor of the rooms also reflects this, with very beautiful design detail. Like many such hotels, there is a sky-bar on the roof, but this one is nicer than most, with a cozy size, and glass-floored ramps, little extra platforms for a very private individual table or two, and more. The staff seamlessly attended to requests for transfers and other needs. I'll choose this hotel again, when I next return to this wonderful city.

　私の判断の誤りで、バスタブ無しの4泊を過ごす羽目になってしまった。とても残念でそれに関しては、料金の問題ではない。レガシーに惹かれて選んだホテルでしたが、部屋の灯りはやはり暗く、高齢者向きとは言えません。シャワー室と洗面室は平に繋がっていて、仕切りは有りません。足元をいつも気にかけないと、水浸しの状況です。ビーチサンダルを持参していたので、何とかしのげましたが。 　3泊目の夜半、ビデオカメラ・デジカメ・スマホなどの充電をしていたら、あろうことか電源がショートしてしまいました。文字通り真っ暗闇です。懐中電灯らしき物も見当たらず、慌てて主人がフロントに出向き状況を理解してもらい、15分位でメンテナンスの担当者が来て回復と思いきや又しばらくして電源が切れました。（この際には、何も充電はしていませんでした） 再びフロントに出向き再点検してもらいましたが、深夜近くでも有り部屋のチェンジを提案され、それを受け入れました。移動した部屋は1階上の同レベルの部屋でしたが、数か所リニューアルされており照明も良く、かなりの違いに正直、がっかりしました。本当に残念な気持ちになりましたが、空き室のタイミングも有るでしょう。多少の不満は有ったが、スタッフの適切な対応に免じて良しと致しました。因みに隣室の男性も飛び出して来て、「何が有ったんだ！」の顛末も有りました。 総じてホテルのスタッフは能力が高く、親切でした。起点となったハノイ～ホーチミン11泊の旅程は、完了。 　今、思うには高齢者向きとは言えないかなぁ、が正直な気持ちです。
