The hotel staff were customer-centric & went all out to make mom & I feel welcomed. They even organized a surprise birthday cake for mom. Very dedicated & caring team indeed. The bell boy (Tan or Thuan) helped warm mom's hands with his warming device upon our return to the hotel from the cold. On the day before our departure, Jeremy efficiently organized a last minute request for a jeep tour to the French Quarter at Ba Đình. Got a chance to enjoy egg coffee and almond avocado smoothie at the rustic Hidden Gem Cafe. Worth mentioning are the following hotel staff (not in any particular order) - Yena, Rosie, Jeremy, Chloe, Tan, Anna, Thuan, Neo & Max. Please pardon me if I have missed out the names of others who were just as wonderful. Hope you keep up with the excellent passion and service. You are all 5 star.

Staff are amazingly friendly. Location is just fabulous if you want to walk around Hanoi center! All are so close- just Hanoi is getting too popular and the night time hustle around the hotel is unexpectedly high. But once you get inside of the hotel, peace and quiet. The room is small and cozy

Hanoi Boutique Hotel and SPA is one of the best hotel that the staff will care of the well being of the guests. They make sure that everyone is in good. Even our breakfast is pick ready on our last day when we need to leave early to Sapa. Keep it up

This is a great 3 star hotel. The check in service and restaurant recommendation were very good. The location is near beer street and close to all major attractions in the Old Quarter. The room was spotlessly clean and had its own AC unit.

We stayed at Hanoi Boutique Hotel for 7 days and overall had a very good experience. The hotel is situated in the heart of Old Quarter, and in a very busy street that gets clogged up in the afternoon. Due to this, you can hear the noise of the street in your room at night but you get used to it quickly. I knew the rooms in Old Quarter would be small but I didn't realise that booking a deluxe room would be extremely small! The bed was legitimately next to the shower. However, the Hotel itself had good personality. We enjoyed the kindness of the staff. The breakfast was really good and really appreciated the kitchen staff. I also appreciated the daily housekeeping, the cleanliness was always well maintained. In terms of facilities, there is a Spa as well which is good when you can't be bothered to go out. But it is a bit pricer. The Hotel's location is also very close and in walking distance to Hoan Kiem lake and a lot of the popular landmarks. My only real negative feedback is - do not buy your simcard through the hotel. I was told that our sim would last 3 weeks and paid 300,000vnd for it, however it only lasted for 2 weeks. There's nothing ideal about your data being shut off while you're in the middle of travelling. Thank you for your hospitality Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa :)

The hotel staffs were really nice and helpful. Upon arriving at the hotel. I was greeted by a female staff and she gave me a map with recommended places to visit. The hotel locates in the heart of the city and is right next to the walking street which was really busy and fun to walk at night. Breakfast was also a hit because of its variety of foods and local dishes. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel! I will come back again next time when I have a chance.

The staff are the best I have ever met. I have never met so many friendly people (especially Anna and Mint). I had a client meeting but did not have a shirt. My stay at the Hanoi Boutique Hotel and Spa was wonderful. Staff were very attentive and helpful going above and beyond with each and every request. The rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was done very well for this price point better than more expensive hotels in the city. The hotel is in walking distance of major attractions and conveniently located near good local resteraunts and cafes. I re-emphasise again the staff make this hotel wonderful, I would definitely stay here again.
