"Note that although this hotel looks very near the train station on the map, it is on the wrong side of it for passenger boarding, so you have to walk about 10 minutes around the (long) block. Other than that and its location on a very busy road with no meaningful sidewalk (which is hardly unique in hanoi), this is a great place: clean, nicely decorated, huge bed (in our room, anyway :)"

"From the minute we walked into the hotel right up until we said our goodbyes we were treated like royalty. Lily's customer service was flawless and she wasnt just going through the formalities as you expect, she went above and beyond and you could see she was very passionate about her job and making sure we had the most relaxed carefree stay. Its a very unique quirky hotel but done well. The rooftop bar was great and the breakfast had a great selection."

Great location - Lots of traffic

"The hotel is very nice and the service is great. If you like hard beds it is good for you but had difficulty myself since I am a stomach sleeper. If you are on business and do not like a lot of traffic there is no getting around it between 7am and 10am and back home around 5pm."

"The night staff went above and beyond on our arrival. We had a scam attempt on us with our Grab driver and the staff helped communicate and resolve. Everything in the hotel was great. Only slight letdown was the breakfast. But maybe because we had high expectations (since food is so good all around the area). The only item we enjoyed was the pho every morning which was amazing. "
