"Staff They are the best! Super helpful and kind. Authentic and smiling. We had so many good experiences it’s hard to single out. Salomon who works supper at the restaurant called “At Sunset” was amazing and made balloons crown and pink puppy for our 5 yr old. And he was funny and attentive and kind. Miguel from the buffet was especially kind and helpful. All the staff at the Italian restaurant (best food ever) were amazing. I never had one bad experience with the staff. Beds are super comfy, kids club was safe and provided kid-free time for adults while also being fun for our 5 year old. I felt safe everywhere. They cleaned the room thoroughly every day, which is important because you bring back so much sand into everything (floor, shower, bed, shelves, floor)."
