"Overall it was a good stay. The unit was spacious and comfortable. The location is superb and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, parks, and local attractions. The noise from the traffic was bothersome so if you are a light sleeper this will be an issue (make sure to bring ear plugs). Also, the furniture is starting to show wear and tear. The couch had stains and needs a deep clean. "

"All Ritmo was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly. Good was great. Jesus at the kids water park took great care of us. Thanks Jesus. Kept the drinks flowing while kids played. We would definitely come back to All Ritmo again. If you like small and intimate this is the place. "

"This was our 4th stay at the Tropicana - the location is great - the pool and beach are great - only issue we had is the room we were given was not the room that we reserved and prepaid for - they moved us to the correct room the following day only after we had to make a fuss "

"I enjoyed my stay, specially I liked that each room has a full size fridge and microwave. It was very clean however the toilet was leaking a little bit of water from underneath. Other than that, everything was fine."

"We loved the self-contained unit we stayed in! The little kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. It was also drinkable, which was important to us because we don’t like bottled water. We walked everywhere and only took a taxi once because I didn’t want to schlep a case of beer and other heavy items from the Chedraui. "Beautifully modern exterior with uptown updated fixture with a mix of Mexican charm. This multiple level mid rise will take you away with 360 views from the rooftop pool. It is a great location close to shopping and restaurants galore. We were able to experience the fair while we were there. Just a short walk with live music from Gloria! What a great experience!"

"Hotel Colonial is not a luxury resort, but it is more than adequate. Nice pool. Clean room. Safe and good location in Playa del Carmen. Programable room safe. Friendly staff. Restaurants and entertainment close . Beach is only a short walk away. Not far from ADO bus station."

"Be ready for a time share pitch. While the ocean view is beautiful the property has very few full ocean views, which IMO is 180 degrees, their full ocean view is between 90 and 120 degrees. Staff is all very friendly."

"It would be nice they offer a bit stuff for our celebration. We went there to celebrate our anniversary wedding and my birthday. We didbt get anything. Compare to other places we went to in the passed, they offer small gift chocolates or something. "
