"This was our third time staying with XLA and it was great, again. We love the ocean view rooms, the dining options and the hotel amenities, but the friendly staff are the reason we keep coming back. Everyone is very helpful and friendly, and the staff and servers at the pool are great. "They had originally given us an ocean view on the 1st floor, but we didn't like it, it wasn't like the photo it showed when we selected the room, we asked for a change and they very kindly accommodated us on another ocean view with a king size bed, much better like the one we chose when booking. Very good clean rooms. Delicious food. Marcopolo's breakfast buffet needs more variety. The a la carte restaurants have very good dishes. For 3 ppl or less is better the airport transportation with the hotel, the rate is better than the taxi outside. The shops inside for jewelry and other items are terribly expensive. Overall it was a pleasant stay, we will definitely return."
