"Great location! The property is within walking distance of the historic center, the cathedral, and the famous San Juan de Dios indoor market. The staff is friendly, and room service was excellent. While the property could benefit from an update and a refresh in the hallways, it offers good value for the price. The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow."

"We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. Rooms were so clean and smelt great! The location is next to everything and so much to do and eat all around you. The staff were absolutely amazing and answered all of our questions. The staff was quick and efficient. They have Vallet parking on the side of the building and it was quick and easy to use, especially since in the city and parking can be hard to locate. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and next time we come back we will be staying here again! "

"Beautiful hotel in an ideal location. We had a view of the cathedral which was spectacular. Friendly and accommodating staff. Its too bad the pool was so cold, I don't think it gets much use but the courtyard setting is gorgeous. "
