The outrigger was a comfortable property. The breakfast menu could be expanded and a list of things included with the property should be readily available - for example the Bishops museum was free with our key card. Only found that out by researching. Nobody offered any info. Also the city bus takes you to the airport- no one wants to share that information.

Just be ready to pay at least $50 a night for parking. Plus the hotels parking is always full at night, you will need to find somewhere else to park after 8:00 pm

The staff and location were excellent. However, we paid extra for ocean view, but the rooms were more like partial ocean views. The front desk staff helped us switch to better rooms, but they were still only partial ocean views. If you're looking for a full ocean view, this property isn't it as it's not a beachfront property. We were disappointed and didn't know this before we booked.
