Her professionalism and attention to detail made my stay stress-free and enjoyable. The spa experience with Rubi and España was pure bliss! Their expertise and calming presence made for the most relaxing and rejuvenating treatments. I left feeling completely refreshed. Dining at the hotel was a highlight. Every meal was a delight, showcasing the rich and authentic flavors, even a buffet has so many fresh options! This hotel is also a perfect destination for families! The water park is fantastic for kids, offering endless fun and entertainment. In the evenings, the shows featuring clowns and gymnasts were an absolute hit, keeping both kids and adults entertained with incredible performances. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. Whether you’re looking for relaxation, delicious dining, or family-friendly fun, this place has it all. I can’t wait to return—thank you to the entire team for making my stay so special!"

"The staff was great very friendly and helpful at all time. Food was good. Only thing need to chage is entertainment more areas to dance with DJ or band. Smoking ares need to better provided and more signs need to be posted as to were to smoke."

"Absolutely amazing time. Completely exceeded our expectations. The On-Site restaurants were outstanding. Don Quijote was our favorite, but the other 3 were very good. The Los Arcos Lunch was fabulous, the Taco Bar is a must visit(Thank You Jesus for great Service). Le Fuente offered a great buffet overall, Breakfast Omelet Station was fantastic. The Activity staff(Anahi, Denise, Isabel, Fernando) did not pressure you but were the most entertaining people of our whole trip. The Resort was super clean and the staff was always attentive to our needs. Thank you for an Outstanding Vacation....We will be back."
