"It’s a bit overpriced for what it is in my opinion although I have stayed here twice. They nickle and dime you on the most random things. The pool and the Mantamar access make it ideal. The whole “I’m your concierge” thing at check-in is really just a time share attempt- that’s the biggest turn off. Don’t tell me you are a concierge, just tell me you are a time share salesperson. They almost force you to go through the speech unless you stand firm. There is no real concierge here. "
