The Junior Swim Up Suite room was excellent for nap time because the parents could just sit outside in the pool/sun. The staff was extremely kind to us and our child. "The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money. "

"The resort was very nice. Was cool to see all the different wildlife like monkeys raccoons, kudamundi and loads of birds. My kids loved the water park which was right outside of our room. The Riviera was the best à la carte. As far as taste and serving size went. The buffet and Mexican buffet were also very good with loads of selections.
