"This is a gorgeous boutique hotel in Polanco (one of the most exclusive parts of CDMX). It is close to the shops and restaurants - all walking distance. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are snacks put out during the day. Wine is available as well (I think you have to pay for that though). Breakfast is also really good."

"The doormen are amazing and helpful. We didn't really interact with any other staff. Loved the location and size of our room. My only criticism is they could improve a bit on supplying more basic amenities for the rooms (towels, toilet paper, etc) and it might be time to shampoo the carpets.
