"Loved everything about my stay at Casa Monteczuma! Miguel and the entire staff are fabulous. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe. Everything is within walking distance, and what isn’t, is just an inexpensive Uber ride away. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely. The bed and linens were fresh and comfortable. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Coyoacàn. * would recommend a full length mirror "

"As stated by other reviewers, check-in could be hassle since this is a small casa and one person manages everything from cleaning/prep/checking in etc. If the person is not responding, just wait since the person might be on a quick errand or in the bath, etc. The entrance doesn't have a proper sign or address number. Once checked-in, everything was smooth. Common area has a full kitchen where we could do a serious cooking. We had the two-room suite which was awkward to have the second room...

"It was a wonderful stay and everything about it was great- from the friendly and helpful agent, Ale, and the chef, whose breakfasts were fresh and delicious- it was perfect, except that we were a bit lost on arrival, as there was no signage in front of the building, but Ale said they will replace the sign soon! Highly recommend this quiet gem in the beautiful neighborhood of Coyoacán. The extra large bathtub in our room was a splendid delight!! "

"I had an excellent experience during my stay. The place is located in a very convenient area.The staff is very kind. The space was clean, the kitchen had everything I needed to cook. The bed is very comfortable. The lights are not bright enough, but the room has enough sunlight during the day. The gym is very spacious, although they only have dumbbells, an elliptical machine, a bench, and an indoor bike which doesn't turn on. I recommend this place, and if I have the opportunity I would come...

"The room was impeccable, comfortable to an extent. The couch was uncomfortable to sleep on since there were three of us but we managed. Very convenient to walk to any place in Coyoacan. The noise from the dogs and the neighbors was the only inconvenience. "

"The only thing I did not like is that the room did not have cup for coffee nor a coffee maker. or cups in general or a minifridge. I will still considered stay in there, but Holyday inn is a block away so maybe next time I will give them a Try. "
