"It is a great resort. The staff couldn't have been any more accommodating and kind. The food was incredible and the entertainment was epic. The only downside was that the beach was small and the whole waterfront was difficult to walk with all of the cabanas, boats and other resorts build so close to the water. However not the fault of the resort just human buildup"

"I booked a vacation in early Nov for a Feb stay. When we got there we were booted to a different resort so Tucancun could accommodate a large business party. Not cool. I had to travel on my birthday, checking out at 11am and not being allowed a room at the resort I actually booked at until 3pm even with a request for this 2 days prior.
