"Amazing hotel with high quality design throughout. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and able to address any need. We had our bags sent from another hotel, and the bags were already placed in the room when we arrived. We appreciated the happy hour to unwind from 6-8pm each night. "One of the best in hotel garden that is a must visit if u visit for the first time. Rooms are big and well maintained, and i think they are one of the few hotels that does room service twice a day. Many restaurant that serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The location however is not the best if you are not willing to use the more expensive taxi. It is a 20 mins walk to the nearest train. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel but it comes every 10 mins on week days and 3 times an hour own...

"Very nice welcome experience and stay. The room quality and amenities were top notch. Restaurants were high end and Uber came easy. I didn’t find the train station transfer as valuable but others might. As a tourist get your IC or Seica card at the airport before heading to the hotel. "

"Nice hotel with lots of restaurants. I imagine it was probably unbelievable like 15-20 years ago, but is slightly outdated now. The Vegas style property was really nice for us because we had friends staying in the hotel as well. Area nearby is not as walkable as other areas"

"Nice size rooms for Tokyo. Even though The decir is a little dates, the rooms are kept to an excelent standard. The staff is very good and always willing to help. Very close to metro station and with lots of dining options, specially during oshogatsu, when most restaurants in town are closed. Also loved the new year event program. In particular the drums performance was unique!"
