"Very nice and bright hotel. Had Christmas celebrations. Hotel had all info regarding early bag check in already mentioned in the website (they take early bag check ins). Hotel has free cofee, tea and iced tea. Also fresh set of toiletries available in reception as per your use. Robes and pajamas given during check in. "

"The hotel staff are excellent and prioritize a luxury feel. We had a massive suite that was very good size and if you stay in a room that has access to the club floor, the views are remarkable. The only detail that I wasn’t a fan of was the hotel is 17 years old and a lot of it looks and feels like something that was done and relevant 17 years ago, so it has a bit of vintage feel, if you like that."

"I've been to Tokyo several times and I know the culture of hotel rooms are expected to be much smaller than american ones. For teh same grade of hotel in America would be average to below par.
