"The rooms are a good size for Tokyo. The breakfast was quite good with lots of options but perhaps a bit over priced. The hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is excellent. There are good options within walking distance for shopping and eating and it is easy to get anywhere in the city with 4 train lines nearby."

I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. However, Hotel did sent someone to resolve it and changed the room. "
