"Loved the space of our room and the location of the property. A bit on the pricier side, esp for the lack of included amenities for what you pay for. Also the bill was a bit confusing to me on how they break things down. However the staff was quite helpful. "

"One of the best in hotel garden that is a must visit if u visit for the first time. Rooms are big and well maintained, and i think they are one of the few hotels that does room service twice a day. Many restaurant that serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The location however is not the best if you are not willing to use the more expensive taxi. It is a 20 mins walk to the nearest train. There is a bus stop right outside of the hotel but it comes every 10 mins on week days and 3 times an hour own...

"Nice size rooms for Tokyo. Even though The decir is a little dates, the rooms are kept to an excelent standard. The staff is very good and always willing to help. Very close to metro station and with lots of dining options, specially during oshogatsu, when most restaurants in town are closed. Also loved the new year event program. "This is easily the best hotel I have ever stayed by far. The staff made sure you feel special and appreciated. The time for check in and check out was 2pm and 12 pm respectively, which was generous. The executive lounge was very comfortable. Breakfast is also included for other restaurants. Satsuki was a great breakfast option. The Japanese garden was beautiful. Spa access was also included. I would definitely go back to House Zen when I go to Tokyo again."
