"The most glorious hotel. Everything aspect of our stay was tremendous and worth every penny. We had a Heritage Suite. Expect pyjamas, pillow origami at turn-down, more towels and toiletries than you could use, fantastic and attentive staff. Room was 63sq meters - so a good size and we had complementary access to the members bar on the lobby floor. Note, dining options are very formal - we are in the skylight bar on the very top floor for amazing views, fabulous service and more relaxed dining. "

"Wanted to try out Japan Capsule hotel. This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Shinjuku station. The place is clean and has an onsen bath. Breakfast is provided and there is a big lounge area to relax have coffee and chill. Only bad thing is the lift. only one lift to serve 7 floors and it takes so long for the lift to arrive in order to go up to your room. Otherwise, its a great experience and nice stay"

"This place was incredibly nice and felt really upscale. There's litterally a Ferrari dealership across the street. The entire check-in/check-out process quick and easy. Warning there are no stairs so be sure to checkout early or you'll be stuck waiting for an elevator isn't at full capacity. I'd definitely stay here again. "

"I felt very safe and seen when I was at the hotel. The front desk staff is amazing and super quick with serving their guests. The area around the hotel was great and easily walkable. I will definitely be back at this hotel in the near future!!"

"I didnt know what to expect but the hotel was an amazing part of my holiday in Japan. The staff are attentive and friendly and they will try to make sure your needs are met when you stay with them. My room was nice, clean and enough for my trip with supplies given frequently and clean."
