"I was given a smoking room (requested non-smoking) on arrival with faulty A/C. So I had to survive in cold several hours. I called Mr. Koje of the management company who was very rude on the phone and did not help me. This this is the main reason for giving two rating. Room was large and decorated in a westernized Japanese motif. Large bathroom (separate toilet, dual sinks and shower/Hinoki tub room). We got the morning breakfast which was very good."
