"Very comfortable stay. Noticed that my room needed a new filter for the AC and the staff were very accommodating and got me a new room right away. Really appreciate them taking my concerns seriously. "

"Loved the ability to Chromecast. Proximity to Tokyo Dome and several different train and subway stations was also fantastic. Room was small but very smartly designed. Incredible water pressure and good sized shower and tub. Lots of shelf space in the bathroom. Only complaints were a dehumidifier that took up precious space that we didn't use and the firmness of the mattresses being too hard. But this is quite common in Japan. If you have the opportunity please go to B1. Their bar service is really incredible for cocktails. But strangely was closed Sunday and Monday."
