"Quiet business location but hotel lobby was under renovation, so the hotel lobby was loud, noisy and we could not enjoy the lobby area and beautiful chandeliers. One night, we lost electricity for approximately 2 hours. The hotel employees were friendly and helpful."

"The concierge was particularly helpful with our queries and check in staff efficient. We ate regularly at the buffet for breakfast and dinner and always had a good meal. We dined at the Metropolitan twice, the first time the staff were attentive but the second time the service was very slow."

"The hotel is very nice. The room we stayed in could use a bit of an update. The mattresses are not pillow top and could be upgraded. As well, it could use new carpet or flooring. Carpet was worn and a bit dirty, especially for the cost of the rooms. "

But we also didn’t complain about it either so it probably could’ve been fix it we did but only had 3 nights and still really enjoyed our stay. End of October great time to visit so convenient.
